    When you invite me in as your personal chef, you get food sourced from farms and co-ops. Dishes celebrate the flavors of the raw ingredients as much as possible, showcasing each seasonal delight. It's like having a farm to table experience at home.
     
    My background in events management means that even the smallest details won't be overlooked. Your event, large or more intimate of scale, will be carried off with the same attention and spcial flourishes.

    Services

    Our relationship begins with a 30 minute consultation where we will discuss your food needs. I will learn the likes and dislikes, allergies, and dietary requirements of your party. Putting any inspiration behind the event into play, I will assemble multiple selections for you to choose from, and from there we will have your boutique and personal menu.

     

    NoëlleEve is available upon request for dinners, special events, parties, or any other time you just want fresh food prepared in your own kitchen! Just send me a message and I'll work with you to create the perfect night.

    Things to Consider

    Pricing
    A Private In-Home Chef experience for a dinner or special event will vary in cost based on number of guests and complexity of the menu. The fee will be comprised of my service + the cost of groceries.
     
    I generally cap my services at 20 people. Menus are generally 5 courses, including starting with an appetizer hour charcuterie course, and dessert to finish.
     

    The Gift of Food

    Giving a gift of meals to friends or family with a new baby, recovering from illness or injury, or who would just appreciate not having to think about cooking for awhile, is a great way to honor those you love. Contact me to discuss details, I'll help you determine what might work best. There is little I love more than doing something special for another person!

    Noelle is an artist and a chef by heart and by trade. Her favorite meals always start with inspiration from what is local and in season at the market. She takes pride in the artistry of the dish – from sourcing the most quality ingredients to the final plated meal. In DC, and Philly, she worked with Feastly to bring new and creative meals to diners in her own home, as well as bringing fresh food to busy people as a private in-home chef.
     
    She's back in the Twin Cities after many years out East, and happily digging into the local food scene!

    Asparagus Tart

    spring asparagus shoots baked with mascarpone flavored with tarragon and lemon zest

    on puff pastry crust with tender butter lettuce garnish

     

    Beef Tenderloin

    marinated to absorb the flavors of garlic and rosemary before a pan sear and oven roast

    served with a crème fraîche horseradish sauce laced through with orange zest

     

    Chicken Roulade

    chicken breast rolled inside a prosciutto blanket with savory pesto sauce, served in rounds

    abed a creamy rice pilaf and array of golden and chiogga beets

     

    Carrot Osso Buco

    carrots are pan braised until meltingly tender with fresh herbs, tomato, and a hint of citrus

     

    Pan-fried Sea Bass with Golden Beet & Orange Salsa

    chilean sea bass seared to crisp skin with flavors of spicy harissa and cumin

    dressed with golden beets, orange supremes, mingled with

    lemon, kalamata, red onion, coriander, cumin, chili, and sweet paprika

     

    Vermouth-Braised Short Ribs

    short ribs oven-braised in a bath of white wine, chicken stock, and vermouth

    with pan gravy and carrots, sprinkled with chives, mint, parsley, and sweet honey vinaigrette

     

    Saffron Pistachio Soup

    earthy pistachio and saffron, finely blended with ginger, leek and cumin

    enriched with a homemade chicken stock, and finished with a fresh orange squeeze

    optional topping of crème fraîche

     

    Ricotta Stuffed Squash Blossoms

    delicate squash blossoms stuffed with homemade fresh lemony ricotta

    with thyme and a hint of heat deep fried in a feather-light beer batter

     

    Green Pea Salad with Orange Blossom Honey

    green peas freshly sprung from their pods, tossed with

    sugar snap peas and pea tendrils, flavored with tarragon, and orange blossom honey
